Medical Writers from the Cambridge, MA CRO will share their experiences at AMWA’s national conference
CAMBRIDGE, MA, August 24, 2018 - PROMETRIKA, LLC has announced that Alex Rohall, Sr. Manger of Medical Writing, and Christine Quagan, Sr. Medical Writer, will present a session and two roundtable discussions at AMWA’s Medical Writing and Communications Conference in Washington, DC, November 1-3, 2018. The annual event gathers professional writers from around the country to discuss issues and share experiences in the medical communications space.

Alex and Christine will present a full session entitled “From Protocol to Package Insert: A Data Journey,” highlighting the elements of the current package insert format and showing the derivation of its contents from precursor documents. Each writer will also host a roundtable discussion. The first is entitled “Been There, Done That, Train Them” and will solicit ideas about appropriate training parameters for the next generation of regulatory medical writers. The second is entitled “Numbers, Meet Letters: CDISC for Medical Writers” and will generate conversation about the utility of data standardization developments for writers.
